The silhouette on the license plate is of Dutchess! If not for RHSAVES, her mother Grace would have been slaughtered in Mexico. Dutchess's birth was complicated, but both Grace and Dutchess survived thanks to Dr. Lindsey from Jackpot Veterinarian.
